Change Of Mind Money Back Policy

Armitage Australia has a change of mind money back policy.

Please read the terms and conditions to familiarize yourself with our conditions.

Any product purchased from Armitage Australia (other than software, earrings and DVD's) , and you change your mind when you receive your order, you are welcome to send it back to us for your money back or store credit.

As long as you follow the terms below we will be happy to give you your money back.

To return a product to us:

  • Please email info@armitageaustralia.com.au quoting your purchase order, invoice number or tracking number and the product you wish to return
  • A Return Authorisation (RMA) number will be provided to you and we will advise you of the return address.
  • The RMA number must be included with your returned product to allow us to process your refund quickly.
  • Our change of mind money back guarantee applies in relation to all products we sell (other than Software, earrings and DVD's) as long as you:
    • Notify us that you wish to return the product within 14 days from the date on your purchase invoice.
    • Returned products must be received by us within 14 days after we provide you with an RMA number. We recommend that you send products back to us via registered mail.
    • The products are returned to us as we supplied them to you in as "new condition" with all external and internal packaging, ("new condition" means that all packaging is undamaged, and the product has not been used or tampered with ) all accessories, swing tags, labels and manuals are complete and intact.
    • The products have NOT been opened, used, worn or damaged, and are in 100% re-saleable condition when we receive them back.
    • The product must be packed so it is not damaged when returned back to us and must be received in its original and re-saleable condition.
    • DO NOT write on packaging or product, or disfigure the packaging or product or your 100% guarantee will be void. Please wrap the products or place in a box and write or place all postage stickers on the outside wrapping.
    • If the product is received by us in as not as "new condition" and we cannot resell it, there will be no refund.
    • All return postage for change of mind to be paid by client.
  • Amount refunded back to you will be the price you paid for the product less the amount you paid for the postage. all products returned to us will attract a $7.50 restocking fee, for larger items weighing more than 30kg a fee of $10.95 will apply.
  • Note for hygienic reasons Earrings may not be returned under this policy
  • This policy does not apply to Software, and DVD's
